Spicy Pickled Ramps
Ingredients
- 2 bunches ramps
- cleaned
- 4 cups white vinegar
- 4 cups sugar
- 2 ounces peppers:
- serrano
- jalapeno
- or habanero
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, combine the vinegar and sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add the peppers and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour over cleaned ramps to cover.
- Store in refrigerator for up to two months.
