Ingredients
- 2- 1/2 cups Water
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 pinch Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Liquid Aminos (or Gluten-Free Soy Sauce)
- 2 Tablespoons Gluten-Free Chicken Flavored Soup Base Or Equivalent Of Gluten Free Chicken Bouillon
- 2 teaspoons Chili Paste (Less For Milder Heat)
- 3 ounces
- weight Wide Rice Noodles (broken For Easier Eating)
Instructions
- Bring all ingredients except noodles to a boil in saucepan, stirring to dissolve and combine seasonings.
- Stir in broken rice noodles.
- Lower heat and simmer until noodles are done (10 to 15 minutes).
