Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken wings
- 5 tbsp soy sauce
- 5 tbsp White/ Apple cider vineagar
- 5 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 Red pepper flake/ Cayan (to taste)
- 1 Minced garlic (to taste)
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Then fry it until it's completely done.
- Set it aside.
- In a separate skillet (on medium heat), add all the other ingredients.
- Allow the sauce to cook until it thickens.
- It is done when it starts to coat the back of your spoon.
- If it is too thick add a teaspoon of water to thin it out.
- Place the chicken in a bowl and pour the sauce over them.
- Toss until the chicken is completely coated.
