Spicy black bean chilli mee suah

Ingredients

  • 55 grams mee suah (flour vermicelli)
  • 1 1/2 tsp black bean chilli sauce (Lao Gan Ma brand)
  • 700 ml water

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a small pot.
  2. When water starts boiling, cook the mee suah al dente for not more than 2 minutes.
  3. Add black bean chilli sauce in a big bowl.
  4. Add in the cooked mee suah.
  5. Pour in about half of the water.
  6. Give a quick stir with chopsticks.
  7. Ready to serve immediately.
