Spiced Sunday Shake
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 scoops vanilla protein shake mix
- 2 bananas
- 1 apple (cored with peel still on)
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons granola cereal (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the apple into 1/2 inch pieces.
- Add all ingredients in order (except granola) into blender.
- Mix until apple & banana are smooth (no chunks of apple floating around.
- ).
- Pour into 2 glasses and top with granola.
