Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein shake mix
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 apple (cored with peel still on)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granola cereal (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the apple into 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients in order (except granola) into blender.
  3. Mix until apple & banana are smooth (no chunks of apple floating around.
  4. ).
  5. Pour into 2 glasses and top with granola.
