Ingredients
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts
- cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- divided
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- divided
- 1 tsp. tamarind paste
- divided
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- divided
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- divided
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- divided
- 1 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
- divided
- 1 cup lite coconut milk
- 1 small tomato

- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion

Instructions
- Add corn starch to chicken in large bowl; toss to evenly coat.
- Mix 2 Tbsp.
- dressing, 1 Tbsp.
- soy sauce and 1/2 tsp.
- each tamarind paste, garam masala, ground coriander, cumin and chilli powder in small bowl until well blended.
- Add to chicken; mix lightly.
- Combine remaining dressing, soy sauce, tamarind paste, seasonings, coconut milk, tomatoes and fresh coriander in separate bowl.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onions; cook and stir 2 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Add chicken mixture; cook 7 to 8 min.
- or until chicken is done and lightly browned, stirring frequently.
- Add dressing mixture; simmer on medium heat 10 min.
- or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
