spagetti cake Recipe foodperv

Ingredients

• 2lb container of ricotta
• 1 lb of spagetti
• 1 cup sugar add an xtra 1/2 cup ( if you like it really sweet)
• 1 to 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 6 eggs beaten

Instructions

1. boil spag.
2. as per box instructions set aside to cool a bit (do not rinse)
3. in Large mixing bowl mix eggs , van.
4. , cheese , then add spag.
5. mixing well
6. spray a large baking dish with cooking spray ( same size baking dish as you would for a lasagna)
7. pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 45-55 min at 350 uncovered
8. cool to room temp or refrig.
9. over night cut into small squares 2x2 ( it is dense and a bit heavy) do not serve hot
