Ingredients
- 100 grams Silken tofu
- 200 ml Soy milk
- 30 grams Cocoa powder
- 50 grams Sugar (or beet sugar)
- 5 grams Gelatin
Instructions
- Soak the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water (not listed) until softened.
- Add the cocoa powder to the tofu, and mix well until it forms a paste.
- Add 50ml of soy milk to loosen the paste.
- Put the sugar, gelatin, and 50 ml of soy milk in a pan and heat until dissolved.
- Don't let it boil.
- Add the remaining 100ml of soy milk to the pan from Step 4.
- Add the soy milk to the chocolate tofu little by little, mixing continuously.
- Pour into small molds or bowls and chill to set.
- It's rich tasting and delicious.
