Ingredients
- 200 ml Soy milk
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp and 1 teaspoon Soft light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 few drops Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Put the sugar and cornstarch in a sauce pan.
- Blend them together with a whisk.
- This is to save the trouble of sifting the ingredients to prevent lumps from forming.
- Pour in a bit of the soy milk and mix well.
- Add the honey and vanilla extract and continue mixing.
- Add more soy milk, a little at a time.
- Once all of the soy milk has been added, heat on the stove top.
- Set on low heat while mixing with a whisk.
- Remove from heat while it is still on the runny side.
- Pour it into a tray, and wrap it in plastic wrap until you use it.
