Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons paprika
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 34 teaspoon white pepper
- 34 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
Instructions
- Brush ribs lightly with prepared (Heinz, French's or your favorite) mustard.
- Mix and rub the above recipe on ribs 12 24 hours before cooking and wrap in heavy-duty foil.
- Cook in 275 degree oven for 2 hours 45 minutes.
- Unwrap and finish over a grill basting with either Cattleman's Classic or KC Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce.
- Enough for 3 racks of ribs.
