Ingredients
- Chicken
- Oil
- 1 whole Large Onion
- Chopped
- 1 whole Large Bell Pepper
- Sliced
- 1 clove Cloves Garlic
- Chopped
- Salt And Pepper
Instructions
- Fry cut chicken on each side until brown, set aside.
- Fry onion about 15 minutes leaving a crust on bottom of pot.
- Put chicken, bell pepper and garlic in pot and add 1 or 2 cups water.
- Cook 30-45 minutes
- Flip over the chicken then cook longer..30-45 minutes
- Add more water if its boiling out.
