Ingredients
- 1 large tomatoes
- chopped
- 13 cup sliced green onion
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, onion, vinegar, and cheese; set aside.
- Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Serve topped with the tomato mixture.
