Ingredients
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. minced walnuts
Instructions
- 1.
- Combine butter and sugar.
- 2.
- Add in lowfat sour cream and nuts, then beaten Large eggs and vanilla.
- 3.
- Combine flour, salt, soda, nutmeg and slowly add in to sugar mix, blending thoroughly.
- 4.
- Drop teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
- 5.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 min till browned around edges.
- Let cold on sheets 5 min then remove to racks.
- Yields about 4 dozen.
