Sour Cream in Cabbage 3 - Microwave
Ingredients
- 14 green cabbage
- core removed
- chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 14 cup nonfat sour cream (low
- or full fat if you prefer)
- salt and pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- Place cabbage in covered glass dish with a few spoonfuls of water.
- Microwave on high for 6 minutes, turning every 2 minutes if necessary.

- Stir in ~1/4 C of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
