Sour Cream Cookies - Rolled Sour Cream Cookies

Ingredients

• 4 cups (950 ml) flour
• 1 tsp (5 ml). soda
• 1 tsp (5 ml). baking powder
• 1 cup (225 ml) shortening
• 1-3/4 cups (425 ml) sugar
• 1/2 tsp (2 ml). salt
• 1 cup (225 ml) thick sour cream
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp (5 ml). vanilla

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together and chill dough.
2. Roll out (not too thin) and cut out shapes.
3. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 4 to 5 minutes.
