Ingredients

  • 3/4 ounces
  • weight Fresh Organic Chives
  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 2- 1/2 ounces
  • weight Sour Cream
  • 1 teaspoon (or To Taste) Unrefined Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder

Instructions

  2. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F or slightly lower (100 degrees C).
  3. 2.
  4. Chop the chives into small pieces.
  5. 3.
  6. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients by hand.
  7. Knead for a half a minute or until smooth.
  8. 4.
  9. Place the lump of dough on a baking sheet that youve lined with parchment paper.
  10. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough.

  12. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough between the two sheets of parchment paper as thin as you can.

  14. Remove the top piece of parchment paper.
  15. 7.
  16. Cut the dough with a knife or pizza cutter into your preferred size of squares.

  18. Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  19. Check frequently so that the crackers dont get too dark or burn.
  20. 9.
  21. When done remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the crackers cool completely.
  22. Then break into squares.
