Sophie's pizza breakfast wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla/fajita wrap
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup grated cheese (I like a mix of grated and mozzarella)
  • 4 slice large pepperoni spices
  • chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • 1/2 tbsp hot sauce (or to personal preference)

Instructions

  1. Mix together your eggs, tomato paste, herbs, chopped pepperoni and hot sauce.
  2. Drop into a hot pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, it until it looks cooked through.
  3. I like it when some of it gets a dark golden colour.
  4. Turn off the heat, and mix in your cheese until melted.
  5. Put your egg mixture into your wrap and enjoy!
