Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus
- 15 1/2 oz can of potatoes diced
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 tbsp fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup sr flour
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- extra virgin
- 1/2 cup margarine
Instructions
- Heat oil in pan wash and cut woody end off asparagus add to pan
- Cut zucchini into bite sized pieces drain potatoes add to pan crack pepper add salt and garlic stir
- Add margarine let cook 3 minutes stirring occasionally
- Add flour make a roux with the vegetables included
- Add milk except quarter cup
- Let thicken if to thick add quarter cup of milk let cook just about 3 minutes let sit 3 minutes serve hope you enjoy
