Solo Glazed Grilled Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon catsup
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon dijon-style mustard (anything but the yellow stuff)
Instructions
- Mix catsup, honey, and mustard.
- Cover both sides of the chicken breast with the glaze and cook on a grill for 8 minutes per side or until internal temperature is 165 degrees (F).
