Soft Gingersnap Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
Instructions
- Roll dough in tsp.
- size balls.
- Then roll in white sugar.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 6 to 8 min.
- Makes 5 dozen.
