Soft Fluffy Whey Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 200 grams Cake flour
  • 20 grams Sugar
  • 15 grams Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 200 grams Whey
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 few drops
  • (to taste) Vanilla oil

Instructions

  1. Combine and sift the dry ingredients.
  2. Add the whey and mix.
  3. Mix in the melted butter.
  4. Add vanilla oil if you like.
  5. Heat the frying pan, then place on a damp cloth once to cool.
  6. Heat on low and pour in the mixture.
  7. Once the top has become bubbly turn it over, cover with a lid and cook through.
  8. Takes about a minute and a half to two minutes, depending on how thick you make them.
  9. Check carefully to make sure they are cooked all the way through.
  10. And it's complete.
  11. Serve with honey or maple syrup.
  12. Version with raisins: I reduced the sugar by 10 g and added raisins.
