Ingredients
- 12 soda crackers
- crushed (18 thins)
- 4 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. minced nuts
Instructions
- Beat egg whites till stiff.
- Add in sugar gradually to egg whites.
- Mix together.
- Mix in minced nuts and the crackers.
- Bake in a greased pie t in at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min.
- Serve with fruit and whipped cream.
- For a 9x13 inch pan, use these amounts.
