Ingredients
- 100 grams Tomato - 1 medium
- 50 grams Sugar snap peas
- 4 grams Bonito flakes
- 3 grams 1) Yuzu pepper
- 5 grams 2) White wine vinegar
- 15 grams 3) Olive oil
Instructions
- Remove the starchy strings from the snap peas and dice the tomatoes into 1 cm.
- Combine 1, 2 and 3 in a bowl.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.
- Blanch the snap peas, drain, then let cool.
- Cut the snap peas into bite-size pieces and add to the bowl.
- Add the tomatoes and toss to combine.
- Serve in a plate and place the bonito flakes on top.
