Ingredients
- 1 lb beef brisket
- cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 cups grated gouda cheese
- 1 lb lasanga noodles
- 2 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
Instructions
- preheat oven to 375.
- cook lasanga noodles according to package directions.
- Mix steak rub and ricotta.
- mix all other cheeses.
- drizzle some sauce over bottom of baking pan.
- add a layer of noodles, then layer with ricotta, then beef and all the other cheeses and sauce.
- keep layering until full.
- cover with foil and bake for thirty minutes.
- remove foil and bake for ten more minutes.
