  • weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 whole Lemon
  • Zest And Juice
  • 1 bunch Fresh Parsley Or Dill
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 whole Chili - Seeded And Chopped

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the food processor and blitz until it is a smooth paste.
  2. Taste and season accordingly.
  3. If the mixture is too dry, add a little milk just to loosen it up.
  4. At this stage you can spoon the pate into ramekins and serve with melba toast or crackers or serve this Pate as a starter with some crisp lettuce.
