Ingredients
- 1 pound
- 1-23 ounces
- weight Smoked Snoek Or Any Other Smoked Fish
- 1/2 pounds
- 78 ounces
- weight Cream Cheese
- 1 whole Lemon
- Zest And Juice
- 1 bunch Fresh Parsley Or Dill
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 whole Chili - Seeded And Chopped
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in the food processor and blitz until it is a smooth paste.
- Taste and season accordingly.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a little milk just to loosen it up.
- At this stage you can spoon the pate into ramekins and serve with melba toast or crackers or serve this Pate as a starter with some crisp lettuce.
