Smoked sausage with collard greens
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb smoked sausage
- 1/4 cup Chinese black vinegar
- 2 lb collard greens
- 1/2 cup dehydrated onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Adolphs tenderizer
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 quart water
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into a pot with a lid and bring to a boil.
- Boil till the collards are tender serve hope you enjoy.
- Its real good with hot vinegar sauce.
