Ingredients
- 1- 1/2 cup Cooked White Rice
- 4 ounces
- weight Smoked Salmon
- 1/2 cups Cooked Green Beans
- 4 teaspoons Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 teaspoons Toasted Sliced Almonds
- 4 slices Lime
- For Garnish
Instructions
- Divide rice into two bowls and top each with half of the salmon and green beans.
- In a small bowl, combine lime juice and sesame oil.
- Heat for 20 seconds in the microwave, stir and drizzle over salmon and green beans.
- Top with toasted almonds and garnish with lime slices.
