Ingredients
- 1 quart. (4 c.) cream or possibly half & half
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. smoked salmon
- thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. chopped chives
- 1 pound fettucini
- cooked
- 1 lemon
- Parsley
Instructions
- Combine cream and butter in medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring regularly till thick, glossy and reduced by half.
- Add in salmon, chives and pepper (to taste).
- Stir gently for 1 minute.
- Put fettucini on serving platter and pour the salmon cream sauce over.
- Garnish with parsley and lemon.
