Smoked Ham Steak With Raisin Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 (1 inch) thick ham steak
• 1/3 c. raisins
• 1/2 c. water
• 1/4 c. currant jelly
• 1/2 c. orange juice
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 tbsp. cornstarch
• Dash of salt and allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon grnd orange peel

Instructions

1. Cook ham steak till tender.
2. Combine remaining ingredients and cook till thick and clear.
3. Serve sauce hot over ham.
