Ingredients
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Chickpeas Drained
- Rinsed
- And Patted Dry
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
- 1 Lime
- Juiced
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Salt And Pepper
- to taste
- 4 slices Bread
- Tomato Slices
- To Serve (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash chickpeas with fork or potato masher.
- Slice avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop out middle into the bowl with the chickpeas.
- Add cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix together until combined.
- Spread mixture onto slices of bread.
- Top with tomato slices, if desired, and another slice of bread.
- Serve immediately.
