Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. MINUTE Tapioca
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli
- carrots and water chestnuts)
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
- cut into 1-inch-wide strips
- 3/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce
- 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Hearty Spicy Brown Mustard
Instructions
- Combine tapioca and dressing; pour over vegetables in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray.
- Top with chicken.
- Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over chicken.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours (or on HIGH 2 to 2-1/2 hours).
