Ingredients
- 14 lb bacon
- 1 small onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 green pepper (sliced or diced)
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 18 teaspoon cayenne powder (optional)
Instructions
- Cut bacon into small pieces, then fry the bacon and the onion in your pan.
- Add ground beef to same pan to brown once bacon is done and onions are translucent.
- Add green pepper to soften a bit.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer for at least 20 minutes to help the flavors blend.
