Ingredients
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 4 oz 4-8 ounces chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 1 medium Onion
- small dice
- 2 clove Garlic
- pressed
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 80/20 browned and drained
Instructions
- Sweat onion and garlic in oil in heavy bottomed pot.
- Add chili and cayenne powder and mix well.
- Add tomato paste and enough chix stock to loosen tomato paste without making it watery.
- (4-6 oz.)
- Once your consistency is reached add salt, pepper, vinegar, and brown sugar mix well until combined and thick.
- Add browned beef and heat through and serve on buns.
