Skinny banana cookies
Ingredients
- 2 Very Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Oats (I use quick oats)
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350F and slightly grease a cookie sheet
- Mash bananas until you have a smooth consistency
- Mix in oats and chocolate chips
- Drop mixture by a rounded tablespoon onto cookie sheet
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes
- Enjoy!
