Ingredients
- 3 cups Uncooked Pasta (any Kind You Like)
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef Or Turkey
- 1/2 Medium Onion
- Finely Chopped
- 2 cups Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Crushed
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1/2 cups White Wine
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 can (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese For Garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain and set aside.
- Over medium heat, brown meat in a large skillet until thoroughly cooked.
- Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic and continue to cook until veggies are tender (about 5 minutes).
- Push meat and veggies to the side of the pan and melt butter in the empty side.
- Add flour to the melted butter.
- Allow flour to brown, stirring constantly for about 1 minute.
- Slowly add white wine to butter/flour mixture to create a sauce.
- Incorporate with the meat and veggies.
- Add sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper and stir to pan and stir until all ingredients are mixed completely.
- Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
