Place fillets in a Ziploc bag and pour the mixture over them.
Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour (3 hours if you can).

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Place the salmon on a baking sheet or pyrex dish (do not discard the leftover marinade) and cook it in the oven for 25 minutes or until the fish becomes flaky when you pierce it with a fork.

While the salmon is baking, heat the leftover marinade in a small sauce pan over low heat.

After the salmon is done, pour the sauce over the fish (it tastes yummy over rice, too).
