Ingredients
- 3 cloves Garlic (more Or Less Based On Preference)
- Minced
- 4 whole Medium Ripe Tomatoes
- Cut In Small Wedges
- 1 cup Fresh Basil
- Roughly Chopped
- 1/2 pounds Brie
- Rind Removed And Cut In Bite-Sized Cubes
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper Or To Taste
- 1 pound Pasta- Bowties Or Shells Work Best
Instructions
- Combine garlic, tomatoes, basil, brie, oil, salt and pepper in bowl.
- Mix gently to cover everything in oil.
- Cover and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
- The longer you leave it alone, the better the flavors mingle.
- Boil the pasta based on directions on the box.
- Remove the bowl of combined ingredients from the fridge while pasta is cooking to allow it to warm up a bit.
- When pasta is done, drain and add to the bowl.
- Mix thoroughly, adding more oil if the mixture is too dry.
- Serve immediately.
