Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork loin
- 2 -3 zucchini
- garlic powder
- water
- as needed
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Peel and chop zucchini.
- Set Aside.
- Cut pork into small chunks or strips.
- Put the chunks into a large pot over medium heat.
- Let them cook through, then reduce heat and add the chopped zucchini, and sprinkle generously with garlic powder.
- You may need water to add to the pot to keep the mixture from burning on the bottom.
- Cover the pot and allow the ingredients to cook 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- It is ready to serve into bowls when liquid condenses and zucchini are soft.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
