Simple Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 14 cup oil
  • 14 cup poppy seed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F Grease and flour either one large or two medium bread pans.
  2. Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, water and eggs together.
  3. Batter will be a little lumpy.
  4. Stir in poppy seed.
  5. Pour into prepared pans.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until center is set.
