Ingredients
- 1 envelope. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 (8 ounce.) pkgs cream cheese
- softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 9 inch graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In large bowl, mix unflavored gelatin with sugar.
- Add in boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- With electric mixer, beat in cream cheese and vanilla till smooth.
- Pour into prepared crust.
- Refrigerate until hard.
- Garnish with fruit.
