Simple Fried Bean Sprout wid Taukwa N Chives walaaaaaa '

Ingredients

  • 1 large Onion
  • sliced
  • 2 clove garlic
  • chopped
  • 1 large Red Chilli
  • sliced
  • 50 grams dried shrimps
  • soaked in water for awhile
  • 1 piece Taukwa or soya bean cake
  • 20 ml cooking oil
  • 10 chives
  • 300 grams bean Sprout removed the tail

Instructions

  1. Heat the pan on medium fire n add oil for frying the veg
  2. Add the onion, garlic and fry till fragrance says abt 3 mins
  3. The Taukwa or soya bean cake diced it to small rectangular piece and add into the pan.
  4. Stir fry again.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients such as the shrimp, bean sprout, sliced red chilli and cut chives.
  6. Stir fry again for 5mins.
  7. Not too long otherwise the veg will be too soft.
  8. Off the fire and serves hot with plain rice and meat dish of your choice.
  9. Mine I go with chicken in tomato n chilli paste
