Ingredients
- 200 grams Minced chicken
- 1/4 block Tofu
- 1/4 Onion
- 1/4 Carrot
- 1/5 Green onions
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 sprinkles Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
Instructions
- First, drain the tofu.
- If you have time please leave it to drain for about 1 hour.
- If not, it's fine to give it just a quick drain.
- Finely chop the carrot, onion and spring onion.
- Add every ingredient that isn't for the sauce or seasoning (sake, ginger, salt & pepper) into a bowl and mix well.
- Add the sake, ginger, salt and pepper and mix until the mixture starts to feel a little sticky.
- Grease a frying pan with some oil, shape the patties into the size you want and cook one side over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Flip the patties over and cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Once they have browned, they're ready.
- Mix together the sauce ingredients and add to the frying pan in one go.
- Mix with the patties and you're done
