Simple Chilled Tofu Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 Tomato
- 1/2 of one Cucumbers
- 1/2 Onion
Instructions
- Cut the tomato and cucumber into chunks.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Add the lemon sauce to Step 1 and toss.
- Cut the silken tofu into your desired sizes and top with a generous amount of the vegetable mix from Step 2.
