Simple Chickpea Salad
Ingredients
- 6 cups chickpeas
- 5 radishes
- halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
- 1 small sweet onion
- minced
- 12 cup parsley
- minced
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 14 cup oil
- 3 garlic cloves (optional)
- 12 teaspoon salt
