Ingredients
- 4 Center cut pork chops
- 1 Salt
- to taste
- 1 Black pepper
- to taste
- 1 Garlic powder
- to taste
- 1 Fresh or dried Rosemary
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 cup Any white wine
Instructions
- Sprinkle each pork chop, both sides, with salt, black pepper, garlic powder and Rosemary.
- Place pork chops in a baking dish or roasting pan and drizzle with olive oil.
- Cover with aluminum foil (to keep moist) and bake in a 350 oven for 45 mins.
- to an hour, or until internal temperature is 165.
- Turn chops halfway through cooking.
- Add white wine the last 10 minutes, or so.
- But not too soon as it will dry out the meat.
