Ingredients

  • 200 grams Thinly sliced pork
  • 1 Salt and pepper
  • 1 Cake flour
  • 100 grams Kimchi
  • 1 clove Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 knob Ginger (finely chopped)
  • 1 Mentsuyu (2x concentrate)
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Young green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rub salt and pepper into the pork before coating in cake flour.
  2. Put the sesame oil, garlic and ginger into a frying pan.
  3. Start heating your pan.
  4. Fry on a low heat until it starts to smell nice.
  5. When it's fragrant, add the roughly chopped kimchi and quickly stir-fry.
  6. Also add the pork and fry.
  7. Once the pork is cooked, add the mentsuyu from the sides of the pan.
  8. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
