Ingredients

  • 18 blueberries
  • washed and dried.
  • 1 ripe banana
  • sliced evenly into 12 thin slices
  • 2 square or round soft tortilla
  • 100 grams Philadelphia ( Philly) cheese
  • 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 pinch vanilla sugar. (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the tortilla into small, about index fingerlength rounds, 3 for each person
  2. Mix the Philly cheese with the sugar, cinnamon, (vanilla sugar if using ) and ginger until soft.
  3. Spread about a fork full on each tortilla round .
  4. Pinch together at one bottom corner, the Philly will hold it together
  5. Fill with 3 blueberries and two slices of banana
  6. Have three made for each person.
  7. Add different fruit if you prefer.
