sig's Banana Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 over ripe banana
- mashed
- 100 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams unsalted softened butter
- 275 grams to 300 grams icing sugar
Instructions
- whisk the cheese until soft.
- add the butter and whisk in.
- mash the banana and whisk it in.
- add sieved icing sugar and whisk into frosting , set aside and chill until needed
- this is enough to cover one large loaf or use for tray cupcakes.
