sig's Banana Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 over ripe banana
• mashed
• 100 grams cream cheese
• 100 grams unsalted softened butter
• 275 grams to 300 grams icing sugar

Instructions

1. whisk the cheese until soft.
2. add the butter and whisk in.
3. mash the banana and whisk it in.
4. add sieved icing sugar and whisk into frosting , set aside and chill until needed
5. this is enough to cover one large loaf or use for tray cupcakes.
