Ingredients

  • 300 grams Edamame beans
  • 5 Okra
  • 2 Myoga ginger
  • 100 grams Corn (frozen or tinned)
  • 1 tsp Sake
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Dashi Japanese stock powder
  • 5 grams Bonito flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients.
  2. Wash the edamame pods and rub with salt.
  3. Cook in the boiled and salted water.
  4. Cool down and remove shells.
  5. Add the bonito flakes into the mixture.
  6. Wash the okra and rub with salt.
  7. Cook in boiled and salted water.
  8. Cut into about 1 cm-lengths.
  9. Slice the myoga ginger thinly and on the diagonal.
  10. Blanch the corn in salted water and drain in a colander.
  11. Mix everything gently and you're done.
