Ingredients
- 5 each sausage casing
- 5 pounds turkey meat
- 2 teaspoons fennel seeds whole
- 2 teaspoons fennel seeds crushed
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes crushed
- 2 teaspoons salt or to taste
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Prepare casings.
- Using fine disk, grind turkey, mix with remaining ingredients and grind again.
- Stuff into casings and twist off into 3 inch links.
- Cook in vegetable oil until browned and cooked through.
